Alone in the world
Feeling disconnected
Don’t know how
Searching for a way
Sadness on my face just another expression
They’ll be more as time fades away
I just sit there as my mind wanders
Oh why
Oh why
I continually ponder

0Too much Thought

0I just wanna be free
And I wanna have fun
I want you to really see me
And not be blinded by flaws
Are you really looking
I don’t think that you are
I think you mus be forgeting
What we’re really here for
I just wanna have fun
And I wanna be free
There’s things to me you don’t see
Like a star set out [...]
Emotionally Pained

0This heart hurts
Bullied by this mind, threatened by these tears
This heart hurts
Pressed by the lungs deprived of this air
This heart hurts
Should hearts burst
Only then will they see how this heart hurts

To Chase, and to Catch

0A fluttery feeling,
That comes from my heart,
I think of the end,
Before I reach the start
The tick in my mind
The fear and the thrill,
If it’s meant to happen
It can, and it will.
I can’t not admire,
The smile on your face.
If I leave this alone,
Will it fall into place?
Or will it slowly melt,
And just fade away,
Like a sidewalk [...]
Stare Out The Window

0In a log cabin,
where the sound of the crackling fireplace drowns the silence.
It snaps, crackles, and pops.
The snow is falling gently
As it boarders the window sill
and blankets the tree tops.
You stare out your window,
Not thinking about anything in the world
Other than the delightful scenery that’s just outside
Everything is perfect.
As it should be.
The peaceful serenity of [...]
Some Words

0I believe they’re full of self fear and terror.
I believe that they wonder why they see a dark figure when they stare at themselves in the mirror.
You’re the faint noise I hear behind me when I’m walking home at night. Very faint, but enough to spook me.
You’re the bad apple that spoiled the whole bunch.
You’re [...]
Primal Instincts of the Human Subconscious

+1We live in a world
full of false first impressions
When our primal concern
is our harmful confessions.
A wasteland of violence
fear and aggression,
Poverty, hunger
sadness, depression.
But look at the bright side
Smile at the sunshine,
Live in the moment
Rather than just dread the nighttime.
Think of the love
and the lives that we have
Recycle the good
And dispose of the bad
Yes there are things
we [...]
Beyond the Gun Smoke

+1Where bullets, jets, and bombs do fly
Where the grey, red and orange, colour the sky
The soldiers fight for us, they kill and they die.
For them let’s cry, for them let’s cry.
In a 3 story household, a mother and son,
I Pray everyday that my dad will come home,
We both have each other, but still feel alone.
The [...]
The One That Got Away

+1Everyones gonna hurt you you just have to find the ones worth suffering for
Even tho u cry to the floor you wish he would of stayed but instead he got away
Days pass by and your still heart broken
Just take a break hes already taken
So you go to school your just fine until you see him [...]
Childhood

+2I wanted to write a poem for you but everything I try to write sounds childish
So can we make this easier on me and act it until I’m done, we both know what a child is
Even after I’m done can we continue the way we are here
because as children we’re close and when the act [...]
