I wanted to write a poem for you but everything I try to write sounds childish
So can we make this easier on me and act it until I’m done, we both know what a child is

Even after I’m done can we continue the way we are here
because as children we’re close and when the act is up we won’t be the way we are here

You’re the only able force so take me back to my childhood
And we can love each other as truly and purely as a child would
And a poem won’t be necessary because it can never explain what a child could.
