Some will lie
while others cry
some are glad
while others are mad
most go on not caring who they hurt
while leaving others behind in the dirt
but no matter what happens
either good or bad
life goes on
kids are bullied
while parents worry
some throw around money as if it’s nothing
while there are people starving and suffering
the world is growing colder as the sun dims
the ice is thickening on everyones heart
but we must learn to be strong
and remember life goes on.
