I’ll never forget this day father,
The nuance of this cinch of sensibility,
Flourishes transcend with every single’th streak of life,
The day i saw you a million times more happy than god himself,
It was pride, passion, perspiration admixed,
The day i was born
I knew i was not beautiful,
But to you, i was the angel
You siege me with glob of care every single day
Everytime you lifted me to your face,
I kicked your chest in joy,
I knew it pained, but you never dropped me down father,
I remember those eyes filled with tears,
When you saw me walking first
When i fell down from my bicycle,
You waited for me to stand up on my own
Your hands held my wrist firm,
Everytime i crossed the road
I remember the nights you slept hungry,
For having scolded me harsh
You knew i did not study for the class test,
But still, you prayed that i came first
You throned me sublimed, for every dither of absurdity
You pampered me through every glint of life
But today, things have gone blizzard,
I don’t even smile at you these days father,
I may not have been listening to you,
When you were speaking with me,
I wouldn’t have remembered to wish on your birthday,
I may have hurt you badly,
But, i know, you still love me more,
All i have to tell you is, father,
I love you more than that
I know you gave me all you had father,
I have nothing to give you,
But my heart.

LOVE U DAD.
