It’s just one of those days,
With me solving this unusual maze.
It does not cease to amaze me,
I am trying hard to trace its key.

I am desperate to unlock this maze,
Coz it’s spreading inside me ala a blaze.
My thoughts seem lonely & shattered,
And for me nothing else seems to matter.

The more I try & concentrate,
More the maze asks me to abdicate.
The closer I get in solving it,
More it irks me to quit.

It is on my mind very often in a day,
with me,feeling anxious for the key to come my way.
I can just see a hazy road ahead,
And I got to walk, even if my feet turn red.

I hope I do not reach a Rubicon,
Coz I won’t stop until I had won.
The maze may seem hard to crack,
But I will try & keep bouncing back.
