0smiles like a sunrise
voices like the wind
hearts that beat on endlessly
though they say we’ll never win
why do we keep fighting
if they say our lives are lost
why should we continue on
just to raise the final cost
but who are they to tell us
who we are and want to be
all we need is inspiration
something to set us free
we’ll hold on to our courage
like it’s all we’ve got
when it’s all said and done
they’ll know how hard we fought
we’ll prove ourselves as fearless
even if we pretend
showing bravery through the unthinkable
we’ll destroy the current trend
we’ll fight like unknown soldiers
in the most important battle of them all
i’ll swear to stand firm by your side
and never let you fall
