Age is a number
It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been
On Earth
What matters is the time you’ve spent
And what you’ve done
What have you experienced?
Sometimes it’s true when they say
You’re too young to understand
We all hate hearing it
But sometimes it’s true
As teens, we don’t know
What we want
Or what the world is like
We don’t know what could happen
Or how to fix it
We’re clueless
