My eyes too tired,
pressure on my feet.
Nerves on the wire,
but I can’t sleep.
The sun has risen
and falls the moon.
This place a prison,
winter arriving to soon.
The cold is here,
but not for long.
My time to cheer,
is now forever gone.

My mother passed away.
God called her home.
He called her home to stay.
With every sunrise, I see her face.
