The lighthouse breaks the haze,
In an eerie nightly mist,
Sat alone upon the harbor,
A ghostly child awaits his ship,
Dressed in shorts and cap,
A teddybear in his embrace,
Gazing blankly over oceans,
Sat upon an old suitcase,
His cries haunt the darkness,
Echoing beyond the afterlife,
He awaits the ship of souls,
To carry him to heavens light,
And there upon horizon’s,
A ghostly vessel [...]

I am a little spaceman,
racing through the stars,
In my cardboard rocket
I am on my way to mars,
The journey won’t be easy
I have rationed all my food,
I will stop of for some petrol
at the station on the moon,
Soon I will reach mars;
I’ll take some pictures for my mum,

For the children who have left here,
And soared through the astral plains,
Unto the arms of heaven,
Though the memories remain,
Now play games with the cherubs,
In clouds beyond the sky,
Running free without restraint,
Living out their new found lives,
No bombs haunt each sleep,
No fist begets each fear,
They are set free to wander,

At the bottom of my garden,
Hid beneath a Holly bush,
Lives a sleepy little hedgehog,

A concerto of life greets me,
On a walk through the hills upon whispering highs,
I stand on the shoulders of giants,
Spread out my wings like the birds in the sky,
The scent of mankind distant;
Primal the thoughts in the depths of my mind,

My hopeful heart misleads me,
Tainting my life with hope and confusion,
How I long for her to be near me,
When I’m carried away on this dream of illusion,
In dreams I feel closer to love,
But reality bites and leaves me forlorn,
All alone in this world without her,

To feuding children in morning race,
