Body acne I can feel the pain
Tears in my eyes, can feel my heart collapsing but I still feel the same
Feet swollen, but my mind sustained because I still have the moment
His love potion keeps my drive and ambition in motion
The enemy is real but my God is the realest so I shall not fear [...]

We all know we have a choice,
To make the people around us,
Listen to our voice.
If you just hide in the shadows,
If you just crouch in sorrow,
Lift up your chin!
Believe that you can win!
Speak your mind,

Ain’t giving up
No matter what’s up,

Though the tide blows rough and tough,
And the tempest rages long and strong,
I’ll keep sailing on and on.
The sea might be slide and wide,
And could be noisome and troublesome,

That beat human beings

Some Africans were taken to Saint-Dominique.
Though oppressors lived to destroy joy,
The stolen, worry-swollen
Africans in a Caribbean,
Mephistophelean-ruled land

Always loyal….though tears may never fall from there eyes….
Emotionally void even in the loneliest of times…
